In Memoriam
XAVIER JOHN RANDOLPH
November 8, 2006 – July 8, 2025
Ann Arbor, Michigan
Xavier played on the Saints from 2021 to 2024, and was a leader and captain from the moment he stepped on the field. At every practice and game, you could without a doubt find Xavier pushing his teammates to go the extra mile and fight for victory. Over his career, he started at Linebacker, Running Back, and Quarterback, selflessly helping the team in every way he could.
In 2025, at the age of 18, Xavier passed on from this life into the next. As a testament to his life and his lasting impact on the Saints, we have established the XAVIER RANDOLPH OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP AWARD, giving it each year to the player who has best exemplified the leadership, love, and genuine compassion for others that so many knew Xavier by.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.”
— 2 Timothy 4:7–8
